The team, which runs together every Saturday at daybreak, was created by Ralph Fernandez de Castro. The team was created after Ralph discovered that anyone can run a marathon. The team empowers its members to discover that their bodies and will power are capable of taking them much further than ever believed. Team FDC gives people the opportunity to reach a goal they may have never thought possible and strives to change how people view themselves, their health and their fitness. They invite everyone to run with them and break down those walls that limit. The team’s slogan is “Run when you can, walk if you have to, crawl if you must; just never give up.”

Nutralenda is proud to have participated in the first annual, InTheRooms South Florida Rally For Recovery! The “inaugural rally” was held during Recovery Month, Sep. 12th, 2009 on beautiful Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami, FL – and consisted of a walk, a festival, and a concert by rock legend Richie Supa and many other surprise guests. During the event, Nutralenda donated thousands of dollars worth of natural calendula-based Skin, Liver, and Immune Booster supplements to event participants, and friends in recovery.
